The condo's U-shaped layout provides plenty of space for couples, families, and other small groups. Upon entering the loft, you are greeted by a quiet, in-home workspace with a large desk perfect for business travelers. Head down the hallway and past Bathroom 1 (with double vanities and a bathtub) to find "Bedroom 1". This space can be sectioned off utilizing floor to ceiling blackout curtains at night for privacy. A plush, Queen size Murphy bed allows guests to maximize floor space during the day.

The open floor plan is perfect for entertaining. Guests can relax in the living room while others whip up a meal in the fully-stocked kitchen to be enjoyed at the 6-person dining table in the back hallway. The perfect space for a business lunch meeting or delicious family-style dinner.

Curl up with a good book on one of the living area's many couches or to watch your favorite film on the 55" Flat Screen TV. A full-size sofa bed offers additional sleeping space for 1 adult or two small children.

Bathroom 2 (with double vanities and a walk-in shower) can also be found off of the back hallway. Just around the corner is Bedroom 2 which features a Queen size bed and plenty of closet space for long-term stays!

Please be aware that the area can stay lively late into the night. Outdoor amenities can be utilized from 7AM to 10 PM (in accordance with the city's noise ordinance). This property is monitored by security cameras on the exterior of the home only.
