Our Story

Built by Owners, for Owners

Kevin and Varsha Kapadia bought a duplex in Austin planning to live on one side and rent out the other. The bookings came so fast they moved into an apartment and rented the whole place. Then they went looking for a management company. What they found was inflated commissions, homes that were rarely inspected, and no manager they could actually call. So they left their jobs and built the company they had been looking for. That is still the standard we hold ourselves to.

Why Austin

This Is Home, Not a Territory

Every member of our core team is a Texas Ex who has lived and worked in this market for years. We know when ACL and SXSW shift demand, when the lakes fill up, and what a guest expects from a Hill Country weekend. That kind of local knowledge cannot be outsourced, and it is the reason our homes stay booked and our reviews stay high.
