BEDROOMS: Just off of the kitchen are four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Two bedrooms are fitted with a comfortable queen-size bed and two are fitted with a full-size bed. One bathroom is complete with a shower/tub combo and the second bathroom has a walk-in shower. Up the stairs, guests can access the back balcony as well as the master suite. The master contains two queen size beds and a stylish ensuite with dual vanities and an oversized walk-in with dual shower heads.

POOL HEAT FEE: The pool can be heated to 85 degrees for $175/day (plus tax). Please provide 24 hours notice if you'd like to heat the pool.

This property is the perfect home base for families, family reunions, business travelers, responsible bachelor/bachelorette groups, and those looking to getaway for some R&R. Outdoor amenities can be utilized from 7AM to 10 PM (in accordance with the city's noise ordinance). This property is monitored by security cameras on the exterior of the home only.
