OUTDOOR AMENITIES: The covered patio provides a stunning view of the pool and hot tub. Fans provide a cool breeze over the outdoor dining table in the Texas summer and plush outdoor seating is perfect for soaking up the sun or sitting out under the stars! A children's playscape and fire pit are located in the backyard. An outdoor ping pong table is available in the garage.

• The pool can be heated for $200/day (plus tax). Please provide 24 hours notice if you'd like to heat the pool.

THE HOUSE: The open concept living areas and kitchen are perfect for groups of family, friends, or business travelers. Home cooks can stay close to all the action as they whip up a delicious dinner with stainless steel appliances and ample counter space. This home offers plenty of seating for you to gather in one of three living areas, for a meal in the kitchen or formal dining room, or out on the patio to enjoy the Texas weather. The kitchen island offers seating for 9 while the formal dining room can accommodate up to 12.

Enjoy 2 private bedrooms, each fitted with a California King bed, along with 3 "bunk rooms." Also enjoy 3 separate living areas in this luxury vacation rental home! The game room upstairs features a 75" TV, pool table, and shuffleboard table. A Bluetooth Speaker and poker chips are available in the butler's pantry.

All TVs are set up with YouTubeTV (cable), Disney, and Netflix. Two pack-n-plays are also available for families.

ADDITIONAL GUEST FEE: While this home accommodates up to 19 guests, only the number of guests listed on your reservation will be permitted at the property. When booking on Airbnb, the system initially allows you to book for up to 16 guests. After booking, you MUST click “edit reservation”, increase the group size to the correct number of guests, and pay the additional guest fee of $75 per person per night for your additional guests (up to 19 total guests) to confirm your booking.

PLEASE NOTE: Disruptive party groups are not permitted. This property is best suited for families, family reunions, business travelers, responsible bachelor/bachelorette groups, and those looking to getaway for some R&R. Outdoor amenities can be utilized from 7AM to 10 PM (in accordance with the city's noise ordinance). No loud music is permitted throughout your stay. Pets are NOT permitted.
