GuestSpaces was founded in 2013 by Kevin and Varsha Kapadia after they decided to rent their personal home and couldn't find a management company that met their standards. Commission rates were inflated, the property was rarely inspected, and there was never a manager they could reach directly.
Determined to do it better, they left their full-time jobs and built GuestSpaces from the ground up. More than a decade later, the team covers all of Austin, Dripping Springs, surrounding lake communities, and beyond. Many of the homeowners who signed on in the early days are still partners today.
