À La Carte Concierge Services

Placing an order does not guarantee availability, particularly for early check-in or late check-out requests. Payment is collected at the time of submission so our team can confirm and fulfill requests quickly when available. Requirements for individual services are listed on each corresponding checkout page and must be observed for requests to be completed.

If an item or service is not available, you will be notified by email and a full refund will be issued.

Holiday E-Gift Cards

The e-gift card value can be applied toward any new booking or concierge service on GuestSpaces.com. It cannot be applied to past bookings or reservations made on external platforms such as Airbnb or VRBO.

E-gift cards do not expire. The code is delivered within one business day to the email address provided at the time of purchase.
